Since its inception by Heinrich Hemling in the late 1940’s, Hemling Interiors has been family owned and run. The supportive working atmosphere helped in the smooth production of high quality products. Heinrich believed in having an employee family, as well. The sense of camaraderie was motivating and the employees worked together as a great team. That philosophy has not changed. Today, Heinrich’s three sons and his grandchildren still actively keep alive Heinrich’s spirit of a company family. The dedicated employees are an integral and valued component of Hemling’s reputation and success. The men and women who work in our facilities are an excellent representation of the way that we do business. Their professional fulfilment, work/life balance and ability to contribute equally as part of a diverse workforce are all issues to which we give priority.
